We are investigating a condition where users selecting the Account Queue Option in the menu are being redirected to account search.
We are researching options to resolve.
As a work around, once you select Account Queues, at the top of the screen in the blue horizontal bar, you can click on Search Accounts on the Menu bar, and select Account Queues and it will bring you to the correct page.
